How do the sizes work?
For our rings we use the diameter in mm as a measure. The easiest way to determine a ring size is based on another ring that fits well. You take a suitable ring (or you 'borrow' a ring from someone if you want to surprise that person) and place it on a ruler. Place the inside of the ring at 0 cm and read the number of milimeters at the other side. This is how you find the right diameter!
Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All product prices on the website include VAT.
How can I share an item with my friend (inn) and?
You can share a product by using our social media page (you can find this at the bottom of our website). We always like this!
How do I know if my order is well received?
When the order is paid you will automatically receive a confirmation. Your package will then be sent.
My order has been shipped. Can I track my order?
No. The package will be sent in a bubble envelope or letterbox box without track & trace code.
What are the delivery times?
We strive to send an order as soon as possible. We aim for a delivery time of 1-3 working days for sending the earrings and a delivery time of about one week for the rings. If you have not yet received the product, please contact us.
What happens to my order when I am not at home?
Almost all our packages fit through the mailbox. You do not have to be at home, because the deliverer delivers the package in your mailbox. If the package does not fit through the letterbox then the delivery offered the next day again offered to you or delivered to one of your neighbors.
In what ways can I pay?
After you have ordered a product, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and the invoice of your purchase. You can use the following payment options: iDEAL and direct bank transfer.
When you use iDEAL, you pay in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank. The amount is debited directly from the payment account. A trusted, safe and easy way of paying.
If you use direct bank transfer, your product will be sent as soon as possible after receiving the payment.
How much shipping costs do I have to pay?
All prices exclude shipping costs. More information about the shipping costs can be found on the Shipping and Returns page. The shipping costs depend on the weight and country of destination. Most products will be sent as a letterbox package.
Is it possible to return my product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return the product under certain conditions.
How do I return my product?
If the product is not to your liking, you must report this within 14 days of ordering the product via an e-mail with: which item you want to return, the reason and mention of the order number.
You will receive a confirmation. After receiving this confirmation, you must return the product to us within 14 days.
We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
When will I get my money back if I send a product back?
When we have received the package correctly (without damage) the purchase price will be refunded.
The refund will be paid within 14 days after receipt of the dissolution, provided that the returned product has been received.
I have received a wrong product, what should I do now?
Contact us by e-mail as soon as possible and state your order details and telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.
I have a complaint about my order, what do I have to do?
You can contact us by e-mail. In this way we hope to be able to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.
